Seal Cove

One of many gems tucked away on the “Quietside” of Mount Desert Island, the village of Seal Cove is located near the more well known Bass Harbor. The cove is used by local lobstermen and, as with most places on the island, Acadia National Park is close by. Its tranquil setting has easy access to hiking trails, freshwater ponds, and the spectacular rocky Maine coastline.
